USCIS Policy Alert
It seems that about 6 days ago, USCIS updated its policy alert on their website. They finally clarified that they are “automatically considering SIJ beneficiaries for deferred action, and accepting requests for renewal of deferred action within six months of expiration on Form G-325A”.
The pre-recession policy seems to be fully back for now.

@R M no USCIS should be sending you a new approval notice with DA

@m m really that means you not supposed to apply if you have been approved without it ?
m mFeb 26, 2026
@Mensah Aminu It’s not recommended currently because if you get denied they might place you into removal proceedings
