Forgotten F2A Case PD 2022
I feel like my case has been forgotten. I’ve seen some 2023 cases get approved recently, while my early 2022 case has been stuck and hasn’t moved forward since 2023 ;(
God, how much longer do I need to wait during this uncertain period ?

It feels like your case was forgotten, but with F2A that is unfortunately common right now.
For I-130 F2A cases at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, many 2022 filings are still pending. USCIS does not approve strictly in order, so some 2023 cases moving ahead does not mean yours was skipped. Different service centers and officer workloads create uneven approvals.
The most important step is to check the official processing time tool for your service center. If your receipt date is earlier than the posted “case inquiry date,” you can submit an outside normal processing time request. If you are still within their listed timeframe, then as painful as it is, your case is likely stuck in the general backlog, not forgotten.
