The same was done to me before the approval of my case in 2024. Like your case, I submitted all evidence regarding my case the first time when my lawyer did the filing. However, they requested for additional evidence. In my response, I informed USCIS that I earlier submitted all that was being requested again and to the best of my understanding regarding my case, it was all that I had. Additionally, when responding to their notice try to restate all that you have already submitted. You can find a psychologist to write a report of the abuse in the marriage and the effects you have suffered. Thought some psychologists charged up to $2,000, you will not regret paying such amount because the report adds weight to your case. mine really helped in the approval of my case.

@Allon God thanks, I had I had submitted already, including psychologist evaluation. I will try to mention that I had submitted all these already and I will resubmit everything

This is common and does not automatically mean your file was lost. same happened to me, I had to resubmit everything that was initially submitted.

@Manifest Law thank you for your response. I’ll make sense and I will work on putting everything together again and will add a cover letter. do you suggest sending your medicals with this RFE or wait until it’s being requested or with depending adjustment of status application?
