removal proceedings
I have a pending Vawa and I have an individual hearing scheduled in March. I have to go in person and I have a lawyer going with me. looking at what is going on in the court houses with ICE arresting immigrants, I’m so scared.
Has anyone been in this, any advice. please share. I’m In New York. I have no criminal background.

I was with th same thing my my attorney close the removal by vawa process.. double look this attorney just want money and they don’t know how works the system if you go you know why is gonna happen

Menua Ghana Ne @Onyame Ba Tumtum ahof3 I think they pass a bill or something that they can’t arrest people at court houses during their earring etc. I stand to be corrected. Good Luck I’m hopeful you will be back.

I had samething but mine was internet based and was rescheduled. mine is coming on end of march and it’s still internet based. my case was admin closed I don’t know why they opened again and scheduling for hearing, my vawa is also pending now it’s more than a year when I filed my vawa
