my PD is Oct 2018 and I am not aware about how to raise this? could you please help?

At about 11 months from your March 28, 2025 I-485 filing, this is still normal timing for an EB-1C case with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Many employment-based I-485s take 10 to 18+ months, and it’s very common to see no status updates after biometrics until an interview is scheduled or the case is approved.
