Finally Approved after being denied.
Alhamdoulillah. y’ all I don’t even know where to begin with but my green card has finally been approved after almost 4 years now and after being denied back in March and got my case reopened In August. i just want thank God for making this happen. i also wanna thank you all for the support and pray the God Of the heavens and the earth to make it happen for you all as he did it for me. my piece of advice is to just pray and wait for your turn it I’ll happen trust me. and lastly please don’t try to argue with USCIS just do what they ask you to do when you get an rfe it will help a lot. thanks you all

cr1 visa approved in Dakar, and honestly it was way easier than I expected. The officer only asked a few basic questions: my spouse's date of birth, when we got engaged and married, how many times he visited, how often we talk, if he sent me any gifts, his U.S. address, and where I'll live once I arrive. That's it!
No extra documents, no stress. The officer told me I'm approved. For anyone still waiting, don't stress too much if your relationship is real, the interview is really straightforward.

my experience here really nice app. it kind gives you and idea what how many applicants in front of you. but every other week cases jump in front of your case don’t really make sense.

Can an employer withdraw an I-360 Religious Worker petition after it has been approved for more than one year? I have looked into the law on USCIS, and if the I-360 has already been approved, it belongs to the beneficiary, and USCIS will not accept a withdrawal. Is that correct? Anyone with experience, please share your thoughts
H4 extension + 1st EAD - transferred to another office but never received the transfer letter
Hi all,
We submitted H1B + H4 extensions with 1st H4 EAD.
H1B went to California Center, H4 + EAD to Vermont and then transferred to somewhere else..
we never received any letter about the transfer! already tried to contact USCIS 2 times.

guys it’s been a lot frl I sent my documents in one by one because I never had the money to do it all at once everybody saying do this do that honestly I filed this when I was 20 years old all by myself guys ,you really don’t need any lawyers unless you in a certain situation but as long as you can read and fill out the documents yourself you’ll be fine trust me a lot of people always say get a lawyer this and that for real and I don’t have 2k + to pay a lawyer when I go to school and can read and write just be honest and the truth shall set you free thank God and my wonderful wife for making this possible amen.

Haven’t filed Suppliment J after changing employer. Should I be concerned?
I worked with my previous employer for a year and left. I found another job after few months that matches the SOC code and started working for the new employer. I have been with the new employer for more than a year but haven’t yet filed supp J. My case is pending and PD is Aug 2021. Is not filing Supp J gonna be an issue? should I file it now before USCIS asks for it? #unskilled #supp #j #supp-j #eb3-3 #eb3
TIENEN QUE LEER ESTO URGENTE! AJUSTE DE ESTATUS
Hola… Tuve mi entrevista de ajuste de estatus hace dos días y todo salió súper bien. Las preguntas fueron fáciles y muy sencillas, como cualquiera en un matrimonio legítimo podría contestar.
Actualmente, ellos tienen un sistema nuevo en el que pueden ver prácticamente todo. Por ejemplo: si tu pareja viajó con ciertas personas y se registró con ellas, ellos lo pueden ver. Si tienes un carro a tu nombre y no llevaste la prueba de seguro donde aparecen los dos, también lo pueden ver. Están revisando todo y preguntan sobre esos detalles.
En mi caso, como estoy haciendo un ajuste de estatus, se me perdió el pasaporte con el que entré legalmente al país debido a un incendio en mi vivienda. Por eso, me acusaron de haber salido un mes antes de entrar, lo cual es totalmente falso, porque desde que entré jamás salí. Ahora, en el RFE que me enviaron, no me piden nada relacionado con mi relación, sino únicamente sobre el pasaporte, acusándome de que salí.
Además, el oficial que me atendió puso dos preguntas adicionales que nunca me hizo y él mismo respondió por mí. Aparte de eso, mis exámenes médicos fueron aprobados, mi permiso de trabajo estaba en orden, y aun así dicen que los documentos estaban incompletos, aunque yo los envié exactamente como los médicos los entregaron: en un folder totalmente sellado que decía “NO ABRIR”. Nunca lo abrí y lo envié así, pero aun así los marcaron como incompletos.
Si alguien ha pasado por algo similar, saben que esto es peor que esperar los documentos, porque si ellos deciden, pueden venir a buscarte a tu casa o darte una fecha para tu salida.
Dios los bendiga y espero que a todos les vaya súper bien y no tengan ningún tipo de problema como el que estoy enfrentando.. Tengo recien cumplidos 8 años en este pais y nunca tube el valor de hacer un ITIN y van hacer casi 2 años donde estoy intentando arreglar mi situacion migratoria recibi el permiso de trabajo hace 2-3 meses atras y ahora que llego mi cita todo fue acusacion de que yo sali y de que en su registro dice que yo sali 1 mes despues de haber entrado, incluso se burlaba y decia que yo tenia un gemelo. Lo cual es falso totalmente. 🤷🏻♂️ Soy de RD y vivo en RI Traten de tener consigo su pasaporte con el que entro y de nunca tomar asistencia del gobierno porque hasta eso creen que yo hice porque yo nunca recibi ayuda del gobierno( excepto cuando se quemo donde yo vivia que la cruz roja medio cosas personales y una tarjeta de 500 dolares para poder amanecer en un hotel).
