@june2022 riki Are you waiting for your i360 to get approved? if yes then you’ll have to wait until that gets done (hopefully) around june this year and then another 2m-2years to get your i485 🫠

That’s a really long wait, I’m sorry you’re dealing with this, 45 months is not normal at all, especially if USCIS itself says 28 months. Getting repeated prima facie notices usually means your case is still pending on the VAWA side, but even then you’re already at the far end of what people are seeing. At this point you shouldn’t just keep waiting quietly. If you haven’t already, push through a service request, follow up with a congressman, and seriously consider talking to a lawyer about stronger escalation like mandamus. When cases go this far beyond normal times, they sometimes only move once pressure is applied.
