finally green ! got approved today .
it’s been a long 3 years I started this journey. from paying someone to do my paperwork in 2022 that mess up everything which I had to started over with a attorney last year August 21st when i resend everything . got my 765 & 131 approve in November 23rd 2024 … moving forward I never give up I was so exciting same time frustrated just waiting for when I will get a interview ……..on may 13th is when I went in to do my interview , everything went so well the officer shake our hands after never look at our photo album . he said you guys married to long he don’t want to see any pics … I was like wow .. on July 2nd I got a notice, is was a RFE for my medical … I had to resubmitted a new one .. I sent it back August 16th they received September 2nd by September 4th they was reviewing my evidence .. today I got approved , I’m finally a resident. to all who waiting trust me I know how stressful and frustrating it can be especially in times like this . pray to god , never give up , it’s all going to come and happen soon . I pray for everyone who waiting that will be approved soon.

Notice delay
Hi everyone,
I sent my green card application on July 5th. According to the tracking number, USCIS received it. However, it’s now been about two and a half months and I still haven’t received any receipt notice or update.
My case is an adjustment of status based on an approved VAWA petition. I filed my VAWA in November 2021, and it was approved in May 2025.
I’d like to know if anyone else has experienced the same kind of delay. Is it normal for it to take this long to receive the receipt notice?

How long does I-751 actually take withOUT applying for naturalization? Nebraska Location
Everyone recommends naturalization, have been refusing for 1.5 years. Can’t apply for it for personal reasons. Estimated timelines show 29 months average, but I think they include the case that got speeded up with N400?.
How long is the actual process without applying for naturalization? no one talks about it.
Nebraska should be one of the fastest locations. It’s been almost 26 months now.

Just Had an Interview Today.
we arrived on Time we where called in about 5min after arrival.
I went with my kids he asked my husband how we met,
2nd the interviewer said let me review the yes or No 1485 questions with you . after the questions qe just did a few corrections with the Yes /No questions.
after that the Interviewer said that's all the interview is done.
I and my husband were wondering why very few questions basically 1question then Yes Or No.
Pls who has such experience
what should we expect after this.

My immigration journey has finally come to an end.
I attended my combo interview on July 29th 2025, my oath ceremony was scheduled on the 4th of September and I attended my naturalization ceremony on the 23rd of September.
