Case Processing
i485 got denied. now what?
hi everyone,
my i485 got denied because I did not write I601 for vaccine waiver in my own words.
now what options are available for me? should I reopen the case as I have all vaccines (covid no longer applies) or refill again or do both?
please post your comments.

EAD (I-765) biometrics
Two weeks ago, my wife received a biometrics appointment letter for her I-765 application. However, I am the primary applicant and have not received any biometrics appointment notice for my I-765. I asked Emma about this, and they said there is no appointment scheduled for me at this time. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? and will I get another appointment for the biometrics for my I-485? #I765#biometrics #adjustment

Form submission to oath ceremony was a little over four months. Experience with USCIS staff was nice and professional both during the interview and oath ceremony. The location was San Antonio.

second time Case is being actively reviewed?
filed eb3 in feb (pd current) and received case is being actively reviewed soon after the biometrics was done in late feb
just received another update over the weekend with case is being actively reviewed by USCIS.
Is it common to receive multiple active reviews? Does that mean anything?
EB1C 140 RFE managerial roles
I got an RFE on my 140 recently, it’s asking for additional evidence that both foreign and U.S. positions are managerial roles.
I was a people manager abroad and now a functional manager after moving to U.S.
Abroad: I provided the evidence that i participated in interview, hire, fire, task deligation, manage budget, give performance feedback. org chart. reports resume
US: org chart. Indirect reports. evidence of interview records, attend board meetings, job descriptions
Can anyone give me some suggestions on what other documents I should provide?

why Am I not seeing the same message as everyone? the actively being reviewed message?
I keep seeing others saying they got a notification of actively being reviewed, we are in our 11 months now and I have never come across any message like that, is there a particular time to see it? I'm confused here, and is tiring too, my wife is out there, why does it take so long to get approved? Very frustrating most times.

interview
Today I had my biometrics taken for my AOS, and on myUSCIS, where that was the second step, it now appears as completed. But also, the third step, which is the interview (if necessary), is also marked as completed. The only step left is the fourth one, which is the decision.
Does this mean I won’t have an interview, or could they still call me for one later on regardless?
