my priority date is December 2016 / DQ February 2023
April 2026 visa bulletin it’s out and final action date it says may 22,2017
so yesterday I received email from nvc it says we will send you your interview letter after scheduled within 60 days.
so my question is it take 60 days to get my interview letter? or the will send me this week?

If you're lucky... I remember NVC sending me this message for two years, 2023 and 2024. It was during that year that NVC confirmed my file was "In Transit" for a consulate, and even now I don't have an interview date... I don't know if they'll send a date since I'm from a country with a ban or a paused status.
