Thank you for the information. I have done an inquiry and was told there are no updates. through. congressional inquiry, I was told that it is currently on hold as well. I was mainly asking to see if there is anything else I could do that I haven't tried. I was also told that it is not possible for my case to be expedited

yeah it’s not possible to do anything as long as a policy memorandum is in place and pausing applications. if a an update comes out then you can file mandamus or do another inquiry

USCIS requested (RFE) in March 2025, and I responded to it. However, I haven’t received any updates yet. I applied for a green card in July 2024 based on refugee status.

I have filed for I485 in November 2024, haven’t heard anything. the earliest that I can inquire about the case would be in June but my attorney doesn’t recommend filing a mandamus. Idk what should I do!!

so I m telling my case I field march 24 still same status nothing any update almost 25 mounth what I do now wait or take any help lawyer

I'm sorry for your situation, mine has been going for about 30 months now. all we can do is waiting especially if your citizenship is from a banned country
