@SIJ (EB4) how do you know it will be for this long?

what’s your case status? rfe? Bio? or case on hold due to backlog?

my pd is August 25 2021 and my fingerprint taken by 4 years a ago does anyone know how long I have to wait @SIJ (EB4)

nope I didn’t get yet but 4 years a ago they took it my fingerprints and medical

@tarek joni but did you send your medicals with your I485 application or did they request later? and how long after your application did they update you as “pending due to no visa available”?

Typically USCIS adjudicates these within 6-8months and sometimes may be sooner depending on how long your case was pending and in qeue for adjudication once PD became available. @Manifest Law my case was put on hold last year due to visa unavailability and medical rfe was sent same time. we have sent the rfe within a month of request but the uscis status isn’t updated to rfe received or anything since than. should I be worried that they didn’t get the rfe. tracking number shows mail was delivered. is this normal?
