Is your spouse in the US? If so, you can file 485 while 130 is pending. It’s called concurrent filing. USCIS will schedule interview for both of them and approve them together.

My spouse resides in the US, and from what I understand, concurrent filing applies to spouses of US citizens.

@Mr MSK If your PD is currently, file the I-485 immediately.

@Mr MSK the answer is yes, you can file the I485 whem the priority date is current and your spouse is in the US.

I'm spouse of GC holder and staying in US, I filed I485 together this will speed up all the processes

the latest bulletin is current under date for filling for permanent residents so u re good to go. Just submit ur receipt number for 130 in d 485. thats all

I finally got notice to start my application from NVC

my mom file for me in 2017 got approved for my I130 in 2020 I waited almost 6 yrs I'm so happy now I'm going to start to prepared my application to submit for my green card I'm so happy..
