Congratulations! Yes All cases filed in Vermont, they transfer the I-485 to NBC or field office after I-360 approval. It is normal. All cases filed in Nebraska, the I-485 is transferred to NBC just after filing and wait fir I-360 approval. You'll next get rfe for medical if you didn't send it.

I filed my I-360 April 8th 2022 and still waiting for approval.

This is actually a good sign, it usually just means your I-485 is moving forward after the I-360 approval. USCIS often transfers the case to another office (NBC or a field office) for final processing, so it’s more about workflow than any issue with your case. At this stage, a medical RFE is pretty common if you didn’t submit one already. A lot of people see transfer first, then medical request within a few weeks to a couple months, and then approval after they respond.
