pd January 05,2024 still waiting for approval it’s been more then 17 months no update can anyone suggest what should i do ? my lawyer is saying we are trying to get inquiry but it says case is in normal processing time

How much blood do they draw if u are doing the minimum blood tests for TB and Syphillis? How long does the actual drawing of blood take? Not a fan of needles

Hi, I am a freelancer under a sole proprietorship. Will a contract agreement be enough supporting evidence along with the I-864 or do I absolutely need pay stubs and a job letter? I’m not able to get either from my clients. But my salary would be above the poverty line. I can show bank statements of recent salary from both, but I don’t want to show all my personal transactions. #NVC #AOS #FinancialDocuments #JobLetter
