@BDV PUBLIC ENEMY #1 my apologies to keep asking you a bunch of questions lately.
How far do you think the FAD will move next month?
Why do you think they are not issing Gree cards to people who have been current and given their interviews already?
Are you still working for your employer?
Will moving to a different state trigger an RFE?
Have you given your interview, if so what did they ask?
If you are working for a different employer or left your sponsor, how long did you work for your employer?
Are you currently working for your employer or are you working in the same field or are you doing a different work?

@Sag PK If I were you, I wouldn’t file a mandamus now! why? A Writ of Mandamus forces USCIS to act now. The officer decides quickly but may not be in your favor. Still risky as I do see.

@frost bite
FAD will probably move to Dec or Jan 2022 next month.
Why are they're not issue green card for people who have been current? I have no clue, it's frustrating.
I have been working for the same sponsor, now I work part-time for them while having a full time job.
I do think moving to another state will likely trigger an RFE or interview.
I have never got an interview.
