SIJ (I-360)
Hi everyone, I need some advice. My SIJ (I-360) was approved, and my asylum case is still pending at the asylum office (not in court) for almost 4 years. USCIS sent my approval notice to my old address from the asylum case, even though I have another address now. Both addresses are in California (different cities). I receive all my mail and haven’t missed anything. Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone else? Will this cause any problems later when I apply for I-485? Thank you 🙏

probably you are confused, this is my honest opinion, you cannot have SIJ and asylum at the same time, for a while I thought that SIJ was Asylum but is not, SIJ is no asylum. at this point, Since your SIJ was approved 4 years ego, probably the next step is to apply for adjustment of status,(green card or I-485.)
