finally half greened
In the name of most merciful lord Srinivasa !!!
finally today evening me and my daughter received an email from uscis stating that our green card applications have been approved. this come after long wait of 14.5 months and 2 congressional enquiry. however no updates on my wife’s application. I received 3 rd fta 0 on 03.27 and multiple silent updates yesterday and today. 485 j is still not approved.
my advice to this community is have patience and after 8 months initiate enquiry. ioe series , San Jose center and no interview . please ask if you have any questions

@J Z whole lot of things opened after congressional enquiry. first I got 3rd fta 0 after 2 days of congressional enquiry. secondly they came back saying interview waiver decision is pending for my daughter. I went back to the congressman questioning that I haven’t given privacy waiver for my daughter and secondly she is a minor. then again congressman reached out to uscis after obtaining my daughter’s privacy waiver and case got approved in 2 days . I got many silent updates 5 of them over 2 days before the approval
