cuando empece mi proceso mas o menos este era el tiempo que tardaba uscis, actualmente veo que las aprobaciones estan sucediendo a los 1.250 dias 🥲 falta menos, pero este mensaje es para decirle a todos animo falta poco ya, hace 1 año no estabas donde estas hoy.

Case Transferred To Another Office
Hello,
My I-360 was approved in January. I originally filed both my I-360 and I-485 together back in 2022.
I recently received a notification that my case I-485 has been transferred to another office.
Does this mean anything?
Should I expect to receive a request for a medical exam soon?

Visa Bulletin Question
My EB-4 (SIJS) final action date just became current (May 2022). Does this mean a visa is expected to be available for my case this fiscal year?
My I-485 has been pending for almost 2 years, and I already responded to an RFE (medical) before my case was paused due to visa unavailability.
I did search and apparently it can take 30-90 days for my case to be resolved
Does anybody know? Please 🙏

EAD Expedite request
I submitted an expedite request for my EAD application based on my pending I-485 on March 10, 2026. I didt received any response about the expedite request? what are your taughts? I submitted I-485 and EAD October 27, 2025. Biometric already done. PD is Jan 19, 2024. both are pending.
biometrics scheduling
My husband and I both received our receipt notices for both EAD and Green Card. last Friday, I received my biometric scheduling but up till now my husband has still not received his biometric notices. I am the principal applicant and my husband is my derivative. any reason to be worried? for context, he had his previous EAD during his opt which expired in December 2025. When he checks under his form I- 765, the EAD shows. we are worried USCIS is mistaken this as he already has his fingerprints in the system when as of the time of his EAD application (2024), biometrics was not a requirement. Any thoughts on this?
