15 hour in secondary at IAH
Just want to share my personal experience I travel back this Monday for fifth time using my combo card and I was send to secondary where I spend 15 hours I was question about my case, my life and my past it was really exausting to be there but I was trying to be calm because I knew I was not lying and I was saying the truth after been questioned for around 3 hours they give me back my passport, card and my phone and I was allowed back in. They put a stamp that I was paroled for 1 year. Did someone have had the same experience? Have you travel back after any experience like this?
VAWA Expediate Approved
I sent some document to the USCIS on the Oct 7, 2025 to expediate my I-360 case, 100 days later I got a notification that my expedition has been approved. How long does usually take before they make decision on the case??

asylum applications interview
I have upcoming asylum interview in Houston
I got my interview rescheduled and again they secheduled me for interview
I have Vawa pending since Aug 2022 and it’s 1245 days as if today
I am totally confused here and 25 days more left for interview
took opinion from few lawyers all of them doesn’t sure about this administration
I entered US legally
woul they possibly detaine at asylum interview who overstayed the visa?
views and comments also they suggestion are very much welcome, please help ..!
I-601 pending after interview denial
I’m just wondering if anyone else has gone to an interview and had it denied because of the I-601 and having to wait. what’s that process like? is there anything I can do to speed it up?? we have some family events happening and we don’t want our family member missing it..
mandamus update
Today,my wife and I received separate letters from our local USCIS field office.We have not seen the contents yet because we are currently away . I already completed my interview on April 10, 2024.
I filed a mandamus lawsuit on December 23, 2025.
Based on your experience, could this letter be a medical RFE (I-693) or a second interview notice?
( USCIS online status isn’t changed)
Any insight from similar cases would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Case is approved, Prasing Jesus Christ the Son of God!!!!!! we filed on our own with out any attorney because our case very straight and it was fun doing all the paperwork and so many people praying!!
