Transfer from NBC to non-local FO
hi, I filed i140 and i485 in Oct 2023 with current PD, ROW. I140 was approved in April 2025, received RFE for expired medical in March 26 and response was received at NBC on April 2026, now I get the info from congressional liaison that it was transferred to LA field office??? I was hoping to get approved in the next days, but now I am devastated! any advice or anybody in a similar position?

I received the status that my case has been accepted and a receipt notice has been sent - 8 days ago.
I cannot see the notice online under documents and haven’t received anything by mail yet. Could you share your experiences on this?

my pd is dec 2021 GC denied in 2024 due to rfe for medical then i try to refile it’s rejected because my pd is not current then finally get a chance to refile in march 2026 when my pd become current
so someone with same priority date are chance to approve faster compare to me or could be same if someone file back 2021 or 2022

I sent my medical exam RFE last week, and it was delivered yesterday, June 22nd. How long does it usually take to get an update? Has anyone had this experience recently?
