Hey guys,
I have my n400 interview next week and I need some advice as I think I made a mistake. on part 15B, it asks: Have you EVER been arrested, cited, detained or confined by any law enforcement officer, military
official. I answered no.
I just remembered I had a traffic incident that was dismissed. It did not involve alcohol, drugs or injuries. What should I do about this? I didnât even think it was relevant at the time, but I also donât want it to look like I lied about it.
Should I disclose it during the interview and bring evidence of the dismissal?
