Help!!!! What to do now?
Today I received notification for Interview scheduled based on my asylum application, but the problem is I have recently filed for Vawa.
I filed for asylum just because my spouse was keep threatening me to report to Immigration when we were together that time I didnât know what to do so I filed for asylum and now my Interview is scheduled and I still havenât received Receipt Notice for Vawa, I even mentioned in my Vawa Statement that I filed for asylum because she threatened me.
Should I withdraw my Asylum Application or go to the Interview and tell the Asylum officer why I filed for it.

Case Approved
PD: 12th Jan 2024
Hello people!
Finally my case got approved yesterday. Iâm happy to announce this news.
Also, for people who has received msg or email from USCIS saying âwe have taken action your caseâ but didnât receive approval. First, wait for 2-3 days to update on your uscis account. If still didnât see, thatâs means they have send your case for security Check to FBI and Interpole. This mostly happens when you marry some outside USA. It took 3 weeks to do verification of my case. I received notice on 7th April and they verified everything and now itâs approved. Be patience and believe in God, you all will get approval very soon.

Vawa rfe
A friend mailed in her RFe before her March 31 deadline, somehow the post office couldnât deliver the rfe notice to her address but her lawyer received a copy also. Online it says ânotice was returned because we couldnât deliverâ. Like I said, she responded and mailed in the rfe docs before deadline, but since then, there hasnât been any update. Has anyone experienced this?
I got my VAWA approved last week, Got my notice of action today and they have sent my C31 category work authorization card again, making it two different work authorization.#VAWA 2022

As a shareholder, I can visit a construction LLC company in the USA for 3 or 4 days every 6 weeks to discuss projects, even though I am a foreigner with my B1 visa.
I would very much like to know if I would be complying with the legal order if I do the following:
Being a foreign partner of a company in the United States, if I could enter the United States on my B1/B2 visa (which in this case I would do under the B1 code), to follow up on the company as a shareholder, without remuneration, to find out about construction projects in development and analyze the course of the contracts signed, As any shareholder would do, these visits would be made for very short periods of time 3 to 4 days once every 6 weeks, with the following purposes:
1. Review work progress, if the schedule is being met.
2. Analyze deviations from progress with contractors.
3. Take photographic record of the progress and fulfillment of the project.
It would be the development of 3 single-family homes in partnership, a project with a duration of 12 to 18 months, and the trips would be in the construction period which would be the last 10 or 12 months of that period, this project would potentially be done with private financing that is being sought with some interested parties, the developments would be located in the Orlando area, we would do it with the LLC that signed me one of the letters of intent for my case.
