EB2 NIW I-140, waiting time for approval
i have been waiting for the approval since 1.9 years after filling the case on normal basis not express, altough I am living in a country where the ban is imposed but I have heared that that doesnt effect the approval, but the last message I got was "Case is still being processed by USCIS" and thats it, no anyother update or message.
I need to ask the experts and experience holders of EB2 NIW, what should I do, should I wait or file express, as currently my priority date has also been passed.
my consultant has asked me to wait, but I need to get the second opinion on this from other field experts too.
Thanks in advance.
F2A
anyone here recently got approved for F2A?
will be current now in May, so wondering how long after becoming current one should expect to receive their green card?

EB 4 after RFE
Priority Date: Aug , 2020
I-485 pending
Received RFE in October 2025 requesting 2 passport-style photos
USCIS received my response and updated status to: “Correspondence was received and USCIS is reviewing it.”
In November 2025, case status changed to: “Case remains pending because no immigrant visa number is immediately available.”
My priority date became current again in December 2025 and remains current now
and status is same till now
Has anyone had a similar timeline after visa numbers became available again?
next step will be ?

I601 Expedite Waiver
Good Afternoon,
Wondering if anyone has been throught this situation.
I am a US citizen and we submitted petiton for the I601 waiver for my wife about 9 months ago(still no response)
Due to her having cancer and El Salvador having saturated medical facilities , We submitted a request to get the waiver expedited.
They call my wife today , And denied the request.
They said , There was ways for her to get treated im El salvadoe , Which theres not , Unless your a rich.
They said to contact our congressman to see if theres anything he can do.
Does anyome have any recommendation ?
We have a 3 year old daughter, Shes with my wife and its been really hard for her , Can anyone help me and guide me on to the right path
