does anybody know what is normal usual processing time? I would like to know if I can already ask question to USCIS or they still consider over 3 years period time as completely normal.

hi guys if someone have a pending vawa application in process which was filed concurrently like 4 months a go the applicant parent died in their home country ( not a country that has a ban ) they want to apply for Emergency advance parole to attend the funeral.. will you guys take such chances???

I received an RFE update on my case a few days ago (still waiting for the official document to know what they want) regarding my I-485.
Has anyone else received an RFE on their I-485? If yes and you know what it was about, could you please share the information in a comment? Thanks!
RECEIPT Notice for i360, i485, i131 except i765.
Filed I-131, I-360, I-485, and I-765 in April. USCIS received my package on April , and my receipt notices for the I-131, I-360, and I-485 are dated May . However, I still haven’t received a receipt notice for my I-765. Has anyone experienced something similar? Did your I-765 receipt arrive later than the others?
