Visa freezes for 75 countries
Hi All,
By now it is well known to everyone that the current administration freezes the immigration Visas for 75 countries. This is still not sure that if that applied for those who will be applying from out of the Country or within the USA. My country of birth is on that list and I recently submitted AOS but not sure what to expect next.

which is less than five years after you were granted LPR status
they want me to send them more approved that my previous marriage was legit
This is weird. I don’t understand what they mean by the five years.
TRAVELING WHILE I-751 IS PENDING
Hi everyone,
I’m a conditional green card holder with an I-751 pending and a valid I-797 extension letter. I initially filed my petition jointly with my spouse, but unfortunately we later got divorced. I submitted an amendment/waiver request to USCIS at the end of December.
I’m now planning to travel internationally to my home country for about 3–4 weeks, using my expired green card and I-797 extension letter.
Has anyone traveled recently in a similar situation? Is it generally safe to travel with the current processing delays, and is there anything specific I should keep in mind or be concerned about?
Any recent experiences or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

75 country pause. How will it affect?
Hello, my country is included in the recent 75 country pause. KS field office and had first interview on Nov 3, 2025. anyone here got approved after their country was included in the ban previously? What does it look like going forward? I just can't deal with this anymore.

Hola ! tuve mi entrevista por ajuste de estatus por matrimonio el 22 de Octubre, fue una entrevista muy dificil muchas preguntas por casi dos horas y pase sola , mi Abogada hizo mal su trabajo no subio nada de evidencia al portal de USCIS, mas aparte lleno mal las formas así que por eso creo yo el oficial me trato mal, al terminar el oficial me dijo que tenia todo para aprobarme, hace como un mes me aparecio entrevista cancelada y hace 10 días me aparecio que me agendaron otra entrevista para el 2 de febrero , no se porque si ya me habia aprobado la primera vez 🥲 alguien en una situación similar ??? gracias !

5 years in the waiting… Exactly 180 days: 6 months today since they received my RFE response.
Even though they promised my congressman that a response would be given within 60 days, nothing so far…
I can’t finish this year the same way as I did the last 5…
This is sad and cruel.

change of employer
I changed my employer and my I-485 Supplemental J was filed almost 8 months ago. There have been no updates whatsoever. Is that normal? Shouldn’t I get a receipt notice or something?
I checked with my lawyer, and they said they haven’t heard anything but did send an inquiry.
My I-485 will be current in Feb 2026.
I did apply for EAD extension after I changed my employer. It was approved and I received the EAD too.

BDV SOLUTIONS FALL OUT
I am sharing this so everyone is prepared. hate BDV or like it, it’s your personal choice, but a fall out is almost certain. There are a lot of cases that have been filed for later dates and applicants have been waiting for years to file their I-485, unfortunately, there are many sponsors that already put the process into something of the past but BDV and the sponsor hasn’t officially brought it to light. there are cases where people with same sponsor filed and got Lc approved and where able to file I-485 but many got audited and whereby able to file and waiting years to file but they are not aware that the sponsor isn’t going to continue the process and will find out when it’s time to file I-485 there are many of these cases. BDV response will be, we will file a new LC and find a new sponsor
