Thanks to this community and happy to share the I 485 AOS has been approved. My PD is Feb 2022 and RD is October 2024 and COB is India. Spouse also received approval within 24h. Wishing you all for more patience and day will come soon. Can't believe this is happening.

What’s the real timeline you’re seeing for EB1C with premium processing? I’m currently on working day 35 with no updates yet. My colleague received an RFE around day 25, so I’m trying to understand typical patterns.

How long after - case is being actively reviewed

My I-485 status today changed from “case is still being processed” to “case is being actively reviewed”.
Filing date 1/20/26
