Hello everyone I’ve never felt so frustrated as much as I am with my F2A case. This process feel like forever and it’s taking so long , like I’m trying so hard to hang in there, trusting God and his process but I can’t help the feelings of losing hope. I’ve been saying to myself my approval is near but weeks have passed and no answer but you know I’m still trying to hang in there.
What date are they currently reviewing on form I-130
I sent my case in march 31, and i have seen that thier is a peak of how many cases were summited in march 2024 cause of the change of cost

Case sent to a non-local NYC FO, non-local, but close to me. Any exp. woth NYC FO?
I live in Greenwich CT, but my case has been send to NYC FO, confirmed today with EMMA, and she confirmed that this is non-local office for me.
it’s suspiciously close to me, geographically vise 🫣

question: Have you had any experience with NYC FO? It seams problematic, considering number of immigrants in NYC. I am disappointed.

We have taken an action to your case
I received an email from USCIS saying
"We have taken an action to your case" but when I checked online, there's no changes at all. My status is still saying "Case is received and receipt notice was sent". Some people saying that when they get that email, they get approved few days after but it's been 2 weeks and no changes at all.
Anyone have the same experience?
