@tired from waitingg I was January 21 , and I have had my GC since last year. VAWA approved since June 2024 . you need a lawyer asap .

@David D to be honest i m kinda that feeling lol at that point whenever they want i mean im at that point i would need a lawyer for mandamus i think

October 2022 filer should expect atleast 8-11 months of waiting considering how the processing changes on an average adding 1 month processing times about 2 months time

@tired from waitingg ok kool don’t complain then live your life and just wait for whenever they want it! it’s a great acttitude quite frankly and whenever u are ready to hire a lawyer go for it! you could change ur game 1000%

October 2022. Filed a Mandamus Lawsuit last week.

@ChristJesus my hope I filed Feb 2024 and received that “correspondence was received” update October 2025. according to ppl in this group it means nothing.

@tired from waitingg yes i did get a RFE on February 2024 , i sent my response on May. VAWA approved on june. Like i said you need a lawyer cause aint no way .
