I wanted to ask if anyone who filed around that time, without PP, has received a decision or any updates from USCIS?

I filed one month after you and still haven’t received any response. I will probably apply for premium processing next week.
I honestly feel like USCIS only adjudicates premium cases. Otherwise, we have to wait at least two years.
I think that’s the reason the category is current because someone in the national interest probably won’t wait two years and will just move forward with something else.

@C U June 2024. lawfully app premium version shows they are adjudicating April 2024 cases (all kinds of i140)

they are highly prioritizing premium processing. It seems that regular cases are unlikely to see major process anytime soon. (look at trackmyi140.com to see the trends)
