Did a biometrics in January 5 and got a case update on the January 21 that case is been reviewed. Got a notice 02/03/2026 that they have recieved my work Autorizatiom application and will reuse biometrics they have and there is no need to appear at a biometrics appointment. Is odd or and irregularity

What you described is normal and not an irregularity. When a case is handled by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, it is common to attend one biometrics appointment and then receive a later notice for the I-765 saying biometrics will be reused. Since you already gave fingerprints on January 5, USCIS can reuse them for the work authorization application instead of scheduling you again.
