Case Processing
Reterogressed
My pd is 09/01/2021 and case is current and it is at NBC. I had an inquiry and today I received an email and it says USCIS records indicate that your application is currently pending, as the priority date for your immigrant visa number has retrogressed and is not available at this time. Therefore, you are not eligible to become a permanent resident at this time. Your application will be held in abeyance until a visa number becomes available to you.
I don’t understand why DHS officer said that my case is retrogressed. My case is current and visa number is available.
F2A prediction
Dear all,
I am under F2A and AOS. I know it is hard to make a prediction at that time since it depends on Visa bullentine, but I am happy if all of you in the community give a prediction when a scheduled interview is set.
