Denial Notice!!!!
Hello family, first and foremost I want to thank you for your kindness and support, without this community, I don’t know what I would have done. I received my denial notice, and it’s specifically stated.
1. The authenticity of my Nigerian divorce certificate, please I need help if anyone knows a good lawyer in Nigeria who can help me with this.
2. Incosistent timeline of my personal attestation, as regards to my living with abuser ., this is the dates I stated, that doesn’t make sense because I provided our lease agreements.
I have 30 days to respond, I will appreciate any inputs or suggestions.
Medical Results
For everyone who has had their medical, were you given anything after it? Results?
My husband only received a receipt of payment after his. They didn’t give him anything else. Was he supposed to also get results or doctor feedback?

so is it true that the cases from California IOE go all for interview? why they don’t ask for RFE instead?
6 months with no update on Form I-129F
Hello, my name is Success. I'm a US citizen, and I filed an I-129F on April 1, 2025, using a lawyer. His Form G-28 was rejected because it was missing information from him which he said he corrected and uploaded back to USCIS. No updates since then. Should I be concerned?
NVC letter.
I just received my NVC letter one hour after sending them a public inquiry. I was approved June 2nd and my case was send to de department of state on August 20th. it was a long waiting time for me until I send them an inquiry and got my letter. this is a I-129f petition. looking forward to my interview now guys.

I am suspecting my wife’s i485 is causing delay. I’m not able to check her timelines because her receipt number is MSCxxxx, mine is IOExxxx. does anyone know how long this takes? or what is next?

hello I applied vawa and my daughter is derivate of my application,but she is out the country, now I don’t know if I have to wait to have my green card approve and after to summits her application separate, or she as derived from me, could automatically be include in me application

Hello everyone.. I did my interview yesterday EB3 category but unfortunately I have put under administrative processing but the officer didn't give me back the passport is this a good sign people.. anyone has experienced this issue.. please reassure me

Tengo acceso a lawfully premium y puedo ver como ha estado "avanzando" mi caso, realmente no le presto tanta atención porque recién empecé hace 7 meses y se que este proceso lleva años pero vi esto y me llamó la atención, dice que "la fecha de aplicacion (de alguien mas) ha cambiado" y ahora en vez de decirme que hay 110 personas, dice que son menos de 10. esta muy raro esto, no se si confiar en los datos que brinda esta aplicación.

I filed for vawa and green card in 2021. June 2024 Vawa was approved. just a few days ago my Green card was approved and I just got my card in the mail. I did not attend any interviews and I got approved for 10 years. God has been so merciful to me on this journey and I want to encourage everyone who is praying and waiting. God listens. Trust him. Please I need your input
My case is not going as expected. I schooled here in the US. I completed my bachelors in nursing in 2021 then went for opt after which my employer filed for me and my 3 dependents. After labor certification, then my attorney started filing. Along the line, the attorney made a mistake by not complying with the required number of days before submitting the EAD/485 because she had filed concurrently, then she received a letter saying the application was denied in 2023. She the fixed the mistake and resubmitted for the EAD, she did premium processing and within two weeks, my EAD and those of my dependents were out and we went back to work. Prior to this time, I had to go back to school because I came in as an international student so I have to be in status in order to change status. When my EAD came out, the attorney said the next thing we are waiting for is my green card. She also advised that I can stop taking classes because I didn’t really need it anymore as I have a pending case and legal in the country. We would chat with Emma and follow up with the attorney and was informed that my case is processing normally, not until August 29th 2025 when I checked on lawfully and saw that my case was denied. When we received the denial notice, they stated the reason for denial was because when the initial EAD was denied, the 485 that was filed concurrently was also denied. We have been devastated since then. We filed 290B motion to appeal and reopen. I was advised to return to school and get a new I-20 and of course my sevis has be en terminated because I stopped taking classes since 2023. We just filed form 539 to reinstate me. I know my case is getting complicated but any useful advice would go a long way. I don’t know what the outcome will be… please help a sister.
