hi guys, My VAWA was approved in March 2024, but since then I haven’t received any RFE or update on my I-485. The senator has contacted USCIS twice, I’ve called them four times, and my lawyer also sent a letter — but still no response. I’m really frustrated and stressed about this situation. Second Interview #Bdv #Eb3Unskilled # Pd - Jan/06/2022

Anyone got second interview lately? I had done my 1st interview 1.5 years ago ( interview was very nice) and i was working for my sponsor at that time. Now my case status has been changed to case is ready to be scheduled for an interview few days ago. I left my sponsor company 1 year ago after working for 13 months. It looks like i am getting interview again, shoud i go back to work before interview or not? What you guys suggest? If anyone has similar experience please let me know. Thank you very much!
