Case Processing
Case denied
After 524 days my case was denied on the grounds of lack of 2 criteria that were duly presented in the RFE. In the letter, the immigration official says that Motion is possible, but more lawyers believe that the best way is to reopen the process and imitated it from scratch. Anyone with a similar situation who can help me?
Cases look stucked
For the past 4 months very little things seems to move ,this is so frustrating. Lawfully shows all that time that are working mostly December 21- February 22 and my lawfully Rank as March 22 filler stucked at the 40 position for ever lol
if anyone gets denial after the updated law of vawa let us know if you got Noid or RfE first, or straight up denial.
Also for those with new approvals let us know of you ll get i485 interview because I've heard they going to be stricter to vawas but eliminate their 485 interviews again on time.
prayers for all.

PD: 23 August 2023
I sent them what they asked for the RFE, they never acknowledged it, they will only accept queries after 6 January and the deadline is 14 January.
I expedited my I-765 on 10 December and they didn't act on it.
In about a month from now I will lose my job because of this mess.

60 days post interview- nothing
I was interviewed early nov in NJ.interview mostly went fine but the officer said she needs to review trip dates (I had 12 in 5 years) - although there has been no trip close to 180 days and total physical presence also above 1500 days (913 required)
its been 2 moths. JSN Shows no touch since interview date. status is still "interview was sceduled"
I did a congressional inquiry and they gave a boiler plate response that uscis has upto 120 days to make a decision or issue a notice. bizzare situation. anyone else in a similar boat?
F2A (Child of LPR) - Why are Nov/Dec cases moving faster?
I’m an F2A applicant (filed by LPR mom) and my case is at the California Service Center.
I keep seeing approvals dropping for people who filed way after me (November/December filers), while my case is still sitting in "Active Review."
My Priority Date is October 16, 2022.
Is anyone else with a late 2022 timeline still waiting? It feels like California is skipping the older batches to work on the new ones. Just want to know if I'm the only one left from my month.
