@Tee Boy asked how I entered the country and why, whether I had ever been arrested or had an encounter with CBP, my attorney’s address, my own address, how many children I have, and how I signed my applications. She also asked whether I had ever met my attorney in person, how I learned about VAWA, how I prepared my declaration and in what language, whether I understood my declaration, my marital status, my monthly salary, and everything about the dates and years of the abuse. She was very rude. My advice to everyone is to bring your lawyer. If English isn’t your first language, bring an interpreter; that helped me a lot. While the interpreter was translating, I had time to think about my answers. They kept me there for almost four hours, and she dug deeply into my entire case. But I have to tell you: believe in God; He is the only one.

@Carla N they claimed that my signature was not mine that I didn't sign my applications when I did yes with the same lawyer and also I have a lawsuit against us is for denial my case in the first place with dumbest excuse evee

@morena Flores congratulations 🎊 I had mine interview last month and still nothing 😔I’m from 2019 they ask the same think and stay there for 4 hours . Did both 360 and 485 changed in the app for you ? I’m asking because the next day of the interview only nine I-485 changed to they are reviewing it .

@K- MB yes, they both change. 485 says congratulations—you’ve been approved, and 360 says the card is being produced.

congratulations. my 485 was denied. on February 2026 I appealed in March 2026 I'm still waiting I did my biometrics in September that was my last update
