No API Update Since Biometric in October 25! I'm worried and depressed!
My receipt date Oct 10, 2025. Bio in end of October. Since then no update, even no API update!
Is that mean, they are not assign any officer yet for my case? Several case got approval and multiple api update regarding their case, but my one just Stucked!!!!
Can anyone give some hope?
