my due date was already passed. no update. have only delivered notice by USPS. Indianapolis FO.

i think they’re out of visa numbers

86 days. No response

i had 3 rfe from this FO. they’re very quiet. as long as you respond your rfe correctly, approval will hit soon. mine was approved in a week after they received the 3rd RFE response and also no interview

@BDV PUBLIC ENEMY #1 no I just guessed it since in my RFE letter said I should send my response ASAP before the end of this fiscal year in order to be considered for decision.

@yellow banana 🍌 yeah the data suggests that they barely used half of the visa allocation of the yeah, so they just want to get the most appovals out for the rest of this fiscal year as many as they can since they slacked off all the months prior. They hardly ever used all of 10k visas.

I am planning to do service request. Anyone did that yet ? Any positive outcome?
