52 months waiting – Prima Facie & EAD expiring
April 2022 filer here. I’ve been waiting 52 months for my I-360 approval. My Prima Facie expires in September, and my work permit extension expires on September 13. I still haven’t received an approval. Is anyone else from early 2022 still waiting? Has anyone received another Prima Facie or a new work permit extension recently? 🙏

got approved 360 2/2024
485 approved2/2025 exactly one year after 360 aprroval , however my medical records RFA was missing

I filed in April 2022 and my I-360 was recently approved; I am certain that your approval is just around the corner.

@M dka My EAD Extension expired 2 days ago. I Filed an Expedite processing through local congressman and got approved. Still waiting for my EAD to get approved.

It looks like my work permit renewal is finally moving 🙏🏼, but after 52 months of waiting, what I’m really hoping and praying for is the approval of my VAWA case. It’s been a long journey. Hopefully, my approval is coming soon. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
