I just received my 7th prima facie document,it’s been 3 and half years since I filed,I really hope those of us waiting will get an approval soon.

I received my receipt number in Sept 2025 for my case but when I call and try to look up my information they say there's nothing in the system. Why would that be & is that normal for the processing process?
