case transferred to fresno ca local office
hi everyone my case pending from 4 years after current my pd u received rfe medical from colmbus Ohio I send back 100 ago still show rfe sent I send request and i received letter at home from my local office fresno so what’s next anyone get same thing thanks

next will be either ( decesion ) green card , additional rfe or interview. Wait until 15-25 September after that you will see some news

@Rumi S hi rumi no i didn’t get anything it’s been 130 days to delivered rfe and I send many requests from tier 2 and congressman but I get same response from my local office wait 60 days and wait 180 days i don’t know why its happening with me case
