I am Consular Processing. My husband and our lawyer called USCIS, and they confirmed that my case should be approved by November 10th at the latest. Looking at the estimated timeline on the Lawfully app and my current ranking among applicants filed around the same time, the app's timeline matches exactly what USCIS told us.

one of my friends has priority date of feb 2023. and its been under processing in the California service center since oct 2023. the app says maybe in the next 90 days approval should come. lawyer has put in an inquiry to uscis. when can they expect the approval?

what do you say them to make them tell you that specific information? I asked for the processing.estimated time and they sent me to look for that information in the webpage as if they were providing that information for F2A category 🤡😭
