I am Consular Processing. My husband and our lawyer called USCIS, and they confirmed that my case should be approved by November 10th at the latest. Looking at the estimated timeline on the Lawfully app and my current ranking among applicants filed around the same time, the app's timeline matches exactly what USCIS told us.
