yes, how did you file inquiry? when I wanted to do it online the system rejected as it classified me within normal process (PD 4/27/2023). then I called tier one agent who said I have to wait until March 2nd 2027 to be able to file that.

@r Ma After sending 2nd rfes : kinda waited for 20 days !!! in 10 days filed an inquiry, why they are saying to wait for 90days ?? just coz u from 39 countries??

@Man Reg yes I got an email from USCIS after a month from the inquiry to wait for 90 day due to workload on them,then reach out again if I didn’t receive an update. Did you get the same email when you filled your inquiry?

@man reg Your approval happened very soon after Judge ordered to dismiss 75 country ban, right? do you think there is a connection between?

@ they were approving before , i got friends from same case , 75 doesn’t affect inside usa. No connection, but outside it connects

@Man Reg thanks. I have a question. When they received your RFE response, did they update your case status to something like “Response to RFE Was Received” to let you know they got it? Or did they just go straight to approving your case without any status update in between? FedEx shows that my medical exam was delivered to USCIS on August 26, but my case status still hasn’t changed at all. So I honestly have no idea whether they actually have my medical exam in hand and attached to my case.

@Thai Nguyen Yeah it so frustrating , But chill, they will just change to New Card , without updating the response RFE receive response !!!
