DMV Update - The State of Texas ID
Hello Community want to give those and update who have been going through the same situation as me . If you check out my other posts you’ll see that I had a tough time getting my state ID. I had all my documents in order and provided other documents requested as proof of address and bills with in 180 days max . So I had mentioned that I got verified on ( SAVE) after that I got a letter in the mail like in a week from The State Of Texas Department Of Public Safety. I took that same letter in that day of my appointment.I went in and checked in and got my number and waited my turn .It was really quick just signed and Payed fee . After that I got my ID in the mail like a month later . I opened it today . I’m so Greatfull . Keep the Positive hope don’t let the Negativity get to you stay positive 🫶🏻✨
Finally got response from Attorney about RFE
It took me 3 texts, 2 emails and 2 phone calls to finally talk to my attorney office about my RFE.
USCIS marked the selection requesting more evidence for “Battery and/or Ectreme Cruelty”.
So I have to show more proof. :(
This coming Saturday I have another call with my Attorney office to go over my statement and then they are sending me to a psychologist.
I really don’t know what to expect. I am trying to stay hopeful, but I am also trying to prepare myself if they deny my case. That will I guess be the end of my journey here and I will have to make plans to sell everything I have worked so hard for and return to my home country.
It is in God’s hands.

20 months waiting no rfe nebraska
Hi everyone,
I filed my I‑140 EB‑2 NIW at Nebraska Service Center with a priority date of December 2023. Today marks about 600 days (20 months) with no RFE or updates.
I’ve seen that many similar cases are being approved around 20‑22 months, but I’d like to know if anyone else is in this same timeframe so we can compare and see if our batch is starting to move.
Anyone else with a 2023 priority date and no RFE still waiting at Nebraska?
