HI EVERYONE HOPE EVERYONE DOING WELL MY I 485 pending from 4 years sij eb4 pd current couples months ago then I send request them the j received medical from colmbus ohio i send them back right way 100 days done when its delivered there but no update still show rfe sent then I send request again after 60 days i got response from my local office where i live they said too much workload that’s why delay then I sent tier 2 request then I got letter at home they your case move to your local office your case is review actively by officer you will get decision or any thing need from you in 60 days so I got so worried what’s now please help me thanks so much

dont bother them sending requests, thats normal , everything is overloaded until 15 September when the new system and availability updates, you did a mistake sending them 2 requests, dont do it again, just wait, you wated 4 years nothing will happen to wait couple months more , be patience everything is ok and normal

@sj same boat here!! my pd is current submitted RFE last year and status is still showing RFE sent, no acknowledgment from Field office that they received it. this is normal. just don’t spam them with a lot of service request.

they sent you a RFE so it means that they are working actively on your case. Don't get so anxious about it, you're almost there! I've been waiting for 4 years too and we both know that the highest price for our greencard is our sanity.. Go live your life and be happy and you will get good news soon!

@sj interview is all good you already pass the hard part the judge , just keep all your documents together, remember what you submitted at the first place when you created the case dont make them feel confused, in meanwhile i suggest the things Im doing, go do background check just to make sure your name is clear 100% , if you have any traffic court or ticket those are fine as long as not involved with any criminal case , pay all the tickets keep them
together to show on the interview, and your tax records as well, and everything will be fine , promise
