Guys, everyone should put a congressman inquiry at the same time so we can put some pressure on the field office. i gave my interview 10 months ago and have not received any update since that day.

same here interview in nov no update no 485j , they are not even sending case back nbc which i see other fo doing after interview

not sure everybody getting gc before working but working people getting denials - this is what employment based is you work and you get the gc or get the gc and work if with no criminal record other FO are giving gc without asking anything mostly but no apparently kansas city is using decretion because they feel like or they dont like us - working is problem no working is problem we applied 5 years ago all they are doing is changing rules on how to deny

its upto officer whether to transfer case or not after interview thats what I heard thats what they are doing
