I-765 EAD card renewal
Good morning,
Last year I got my EAD card to work for a year with my F-1 OPT visa. I got married to my husband late May and did apply for a renewal of my EAD card. Will I get the 180 day grace period to still be able to work even if the renewal does not come before my current EAD expires (09/01)?

Hello! My case has been going completely smooth and has moved fast without complications, but I am worried because my l-130 got approved on July 18 and appeared on my uscis account on July 21, and I’m worried because I haven’t heard for my l-485 yet. Can anyone that has filed l-130 and l-485 concurrently and has already been approved tell me how it went for them?
Greened!!!
At long last!!! we were approved on the spot at the Downtown LA office. We were initially scheduled for June 13 but got rescheduled to the 25th of July because of the LA protests. Everything worked out for our good eventually because we got an amazing senior officer who approved us on the spot and said he wanted me to leave his office a permanent resident. He gave me a print out document that said: Case State: ready for card to be produced. He then told me congratulations.
Thank God!!

If anyone could offer assistance :)
We are a household of 3 in Michigan. My husband is not in the military. How much must he make to sponsor me? I know he makes enough but since we are asked to resubmit (RFE) I’d like to make sure.
Also, we submitted his entire return and they have requested transcripts instead.
Curious, was I suppose to include the income I made in 2024 in Canada prior to moving?
I believe we reported income for 3 years for my husband, however only provide the return for 2024. Do we need transcripts for 3 years as well?
Does his income need to qualify for the last 3 years? For example he’s making more now than he did 3 years ago, so do they care if he didn’t make enough 3 years ago but does as of 2024 and now?
Thank you!
