F3 – November 2013 Priority Date – ELIS / “Receipt Notice Not Sent” – Need Advice Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone with experience with older F3 cases or the USCIS ELIS system can help me understand what is happening with my case. My case is under the F3 category (Married Son/Daughter of a U.S. Citizen). * Priority Date: November 2013 * Form: I-130 * Case was received: April 29, 2024 * Current status: “Case Was Received – Receipt Notice Not Sent” * My case has already been migrated to the USCIS electronic system (ELIS). * My priority date has now become current/eligible according to the Visa Bulletin, but I still have not received an approval or any further action on my I-130. I have been waiting for many years, and I’m very worried and confused about what is happening with my case. If anyone has an F3 case with a similar priority date (2012–2014), especially one that was migrated to ELIS, please share your timeline and what happened to your case. Has anyone with the same “Receipt Notice Not Sent” status eventually received an approval or another update? I would really appreciate any advice or information from people who have experienced something similar. Thank you so much for your help!

Hi my PD is may 2014 but i-130 F3 is still pending in may 2024 move to IOE stil pending

same situation with me pd july 2014 and i-130 not approved it already moved to elis in 2024

@yousf yousf same with my cousin PD feb 2013. 6 days back his case moved to ELIS

I filed I-130 for my married son on8-5-2026 but no response yet this is a long wait time only god knows
