My Travelling experience
Hi Everyone, I just thought I should share my experience using my AP contrary to what we hear sometimes up in here. God be praised, I used my AP last week to travel to Ireland to for my Dad’s memorial service. I got my combo card last year just a month before my dad’s passing and when he died, I was meant to go having had the combo card already, but I was a bit scared. fast forward to a year after, still no response from My case, I took it upon my self to travel for 9 days which I did last week and returned yesterday without any issue. mind you, I am nigerian, so I did apply for the visa to Ireland and also uk because I needed to visit both countries. getting to the airport, showed them my visas and boarding pass and they allowed me… smith fly. and yesterday returning as well, they had their pre clearance in Ireland where I gave them my passport and AP combo card. they took my fingerprints and the officer took a picture of me and said I follow him for a secondary check. honestly I was a bit scared becuase there you know your faith. within 5mins I was called and the new officer just asked how long, why and where I live in the states. immediately he came to show me that my passport is being stamped as paroled back in and that hope I know I can use it multiple times. very friendly officers. I greeted him and he responded have a safe trip home. Guys I tell you today, if you have it, use it and fear not to miss opportunities that you can’t get again. I wish I didn’t miss my Dad’s burial but thank God I didn’t miss this one. I pray my case gets approved before my next trip before the end of this year. Enjoy your evening. travellingwithap

Emma said my interview is waived but no update....
Hi everyone, My PD is Sept 2022 and still haven't heard back about my travel or work permit.... 😔It was initially estimated to take 4-6 months, but it's been a longer wait, so I asked Emma about the status. Emma said: "Starting with the permanent resident application, it is processing normally nothing is needed at this time. The interview for this case has been waived so far. Keep in mind residency cannot be granted if there is a pending petition for you. Your employment and travel documents are completing the mandatory reviews. Once complete you will receive an alert. They are also still within processing time." It looks like my interview is waived, but there is no progress on the Case Status page. It's still showing "Being actively reviewed" ever since I did fingerprints... Anyone have an idea how much longer I would have to wait? or any other thoughts? 😂I just wish I could get the work and travel permit soon... My case is a green card holder applying for green card for his spouse(me). And the documents are currently at NBC. I sumbitted all the documents at the same time except for the health exam, which my attorney suggested me to wait until we hear back from USCIS. #nbc #marriage #greencard #i-485 #i-765 #i-130 #i-131
