I have i90 card replacement under process but 2 days ago I got charges for public intoxication does it effect my ongoing i90 file?
is it effects on my new replacement card ? any chance for denies bcz of t
public intoxication charge?

Probably. You shouldn't do anything illegal ever, especially when you're not a citizen. Good moral character is a huge factor in approving anything.

no worries, I had two misdemeanors while waiting on my green card and still received it. if it’s no a felony bro u are good to go.
