About nvc payment
I have paid NvC fees and it was deducted from my account and status also showed PAID but after 10 days after payement, I received an email saying IV and AOS fees are rejected and says receiving bank is unable to accept the payment: No reason provided .
What to do? Anyone with same situation

talked with a live agent yesterday thru Emma, and the agent said:
“Your case still remaind at the National Benefit Center. A officer reviewed your case on 4-29-2023 and no updates yet.”
My Priority date is 3-29-2022.
My AOS has been at the NBC since 3-9-2023 (2 months).
I’m from Brasil, so based on last VBulletin, I am considered “current”…..
Anyone in a similar situation and know what to expect?

Is my green card lost?
Good morning everyone, I’m writing because I’m confused and maybe one of you guys could help me with this. A couple of days ago (may 5th) I received the following notification "Card was picked up by the United state postal service" the notification comes with a tracking number, when I press or search with that tracking number... it appears as if the card has already been "Delivered" on May 8, but the green card has not arrived to me or to my mail. What arrived on that day was the notification of action letter, but not the green card.
So now I’m confused, because I don’t know if this tracking number is for the letter, which did arrived, or for the green card (which has not arrived) and I am concerned because the message refers to the green card (was picked up) and not to the letter. Is my card lost? They should send a different tracking number when they send the green card? How long the green card should take to be delivered? 🤯🤯

my mail was returned because it could not be delivered
so I recently did a address change, and I saw a notification on my the app that my notice was returned . any idea what notice it was ? I filed January 2021. how do I get the notice back . I did an address change sometime last month I’m not sure if they have updated on their system yet. anyone ever experienced this ? how did you get yuur mail back ?
