@patiently waiting I got that letter in 2021 you are not in removal it just says you should leave or you may be placed in removal I was scared at first but then I resubmitted and I just got approved a few days ago just waiting on my card to arrive

@patiently waiting as long as you’re not denied under fraud or anything illegal trust me you don’t even need a lawyer if you’re still with your spouse just resubmit application and make sure everything is filled out properly

@patiently waiting I was denied last year but I wasn’t in removal proceedings today I got a notification that they send an RFE and they will make a decision after they receive my response. I already have a approved I-130 from last year.
