problems with fees paid on nvc for DS-260 & affidavit of support
so on April 23 the fees on NvC have been wirhdrawn for my husbands Ir-1. then we were able to fill out the paperwork and attach documents. status changed to submitted. I requested here an expedite just like on uscis. suddenly I get an email yesterday stating „fee was not able to process…“ please pay again or provide evidence that it was withdrawn. so I sent them the screen shot of my account and the statement partially.
does anyone know what’s going on there? I saw a few people on Facebook having the same issues. they also provided proof of payment but no one has heard anything and their status says pay fee, just like mine.
Medical Exam
Hi! I hired a lawyer to do my application (Petition Relative - Marriage with a US citizen) and she sent it in November 2022 but we didnt include any medical exams. Now people have told me that is better to send your medical exams in order to avoid an RFE before your green card? Can I send them now? i dont want anything to delayed my application.
Thank you!!
Which criteria getting quicker approvals?
I see multiple people getting approvals in less than 2-3 months. I’d like to know what type of applications getting faster approvals? Information like
1. current visa?
2. Living inside US or outside?
3. If living inside, how soon you got married after most recent entry date?
4. submitted forms?
5. FO/service center?
#SharingIsCaring hope these questions help.
RFE received date changed
I submitted my RFE for i485 on march 26 and status was changed to Rfe received instantly. After more than 40 days, the Rfe received date changed yesterday and the status was changed to actively review. I waited more than 24 hours to get the update but didn’t receive any update. Anybody had a similar situation?
Have 1 notification but not actual update
I just saw a notification on the app which said “Update on your case status from USCIS” but it’s showing the same status as 188 days ago.
Has anyone else ever experienced this?

I really don’t know what to do at this point, I haven’t heard from uscis and it seems to never end, anyone can give me some advice?
